What is your return policy?

Just email us at contact@blunies.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you. Note that we only accept returns & exchanges made within 30 days.  Items have to be unused and unopened in its original packaging. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase from blunies.com (minus the cost of shipping). To start an exchange or refund, just email orders@blunies.com. Make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase from blunies.com ready. Note: we don't accept returns or exchanges for Blunies products purchased outside of www.blunies.com

I did not receive what I ordered.
