Singapore Shipping Methods & Rates

For purchases above SGD40, we offer free delivery.
For purchases under SGD40, the delivery charge is SGD4.

We offer different types of shipping via DHL and J&T International depending on your shipping location! As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each country, please refer to the shipping section in the check-out page for more information.

We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD300.

Who Is Responsible For International Custom Duties?

For our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.
Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. All parcels are shipped from Singapore or Indonesia directly to your address.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any requests to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.

How long does it take to process my order?

Upon checkout, a thank-you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 3-4 business days for international orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!

Can I use more than one promo code?

You can only use one promo code per order. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes unless otherwise stated.

All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Blunies reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

What is your return policy?

Just email us at and we will be happy to process the exchange for you. Note that we only accept returns & exchanges made within 30 days. Items have to be unused and unopened in its original packaging. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Are your products cruelty-free?

We have never tested on animals and all our products are cruelty-free—we only test on ourselves, our friends and family! We are also paraben-free and aluminium-free. 

Are your products safe for use for all ages, including pregnant women?

Yes, our products are safe to use for all ages.

Where can I buy your products?

Each product has its unique full ingredient list found in a drop-down on each individual product page. 

What kind of collagen does Blunies use in each product?

We use 100% plant-derived collagen, which is 20 times more effective than animal-derived collagen.

How do I earn Blunies Points?

You can earn Blunies points by signing up, referring your friends, leaving reviews and following us on social media. For all qualifying purchases, earn points for every dollar spent!

How do I redeem Blunies Points?

• Click on the rewards button on the lower left-hand corner to be taken to your points redemption page.
• There are various rewards to redeem such as 10% off your next purchase or exclusive merchandises.
• For product redemptions, please simply leave the code at the notes section upon check out, it will not work in the discount code box.
• For price discount redemptions, please apply the code directly in the discount code box.
• Blunies points earned can only be used for redemption with your next purchase, and it cannot be redeemed alone.

Is there an expiry date for Blunies Points?

All Blunies points have an expiry of one year from purchase date!
