For purchases above SGD40, we offer free delivery.
For purchases under SGD40, the delivery charge is SGD4.

International Shipping Methods & Rates (Outside Singapore and Indonesia)

We offer different types of shipping via DHL and J&T International depending on your shipping location! As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each country, please refer to the shipping section in the check-out page for more information.

We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD300.

Who is responsible for international custom duties?

To our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.
Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. All parcels are shipped from Singapore or Indonesia to your address.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.

I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, help!

If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is likely to be in your Spam or Junk folder. If you're unable to find it, please contact us at contact@blunies.com and we will gladly sort it out for you!

How long does it take to process my order?

Upon checkout, a thank you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 3-4 business days for international orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!
